An organization called 'The Circumcised' has appeared and threatens to take vengeance for the Armenian Genocide and to anihilate the Turks with the help of a genetic computer weapon. An Armenian journalist of the radio-station 'Liberty' leaves for Istanbul, and a Turkish journalist arrives in Yerevan.
